Our recommendations, which will definitely help the kitten:
- the kittens are adopted with the obligation to keep them at home/indoors, so it is good if you only show the kitten a small corner of the apartment or house in the first round. Let the kitten explore the apartment slowly on its own.
- take care of the kitten’s food, bowl and drinker, have both dry and wet food. A place where you can rest, a scratching post, etc.
- let your home be cat safe. There are plants that can be poisonous. Plus there are things that are dangerous, so take a good look around the apartment/house.
- if you have other animals, apply the principle of gradualness and allow the animals together for a little more time every day and always monitor the behavior of the newcomer. You can even exchange toys between the two cats or two animals, so they can get used to each other’s smells more quickly.
