In the second part of our adoption guide, we would like to share a few, perhaps challenging, tasks that animal keeping can cause during adoption.

  • Think about what your life is like, how much you go to work, how many hours you would leave your little pet alone. How much do you travel? Who will be able to take care of it when you are not at home for an extended period of time?
  • Decide what age cat you want. A baby, or an adult, or older.
  • Ask what the kitten is like with other animals, whether it has experience with children, and what and how it reacts in different environments.
  • Spend time with the kitty. Contact us and we will put you in touch with the temporary host, with whom you can discuss the big meeting. Give the kitten time to get to know you and get used to you.
  • Consider the financial implications of keeping pets. Kittens need more than just food and drink, which you should expect as an expense. (annual vet, possible neutering costs, toys, litter, scratching post, reward snack, food supplements, transport bag, etc.)

If you have any questions about adoption, or you have already selected one or two kittens who you like, then contact us at info@mindenallatert.hu
