If you give 1% you give life
Why is it important to dispose of 1%?
Because the animals need you and us. They can’t ask for help.
Because you can help, without costing you any money.
Because you can decide, hogy what the state spends part of your tax on. If you don’t dispose of it, it stays there but civil organizations are in great need of this support.
Because in 2 minutes you can change abandoned animals life since we can help them with sufficient resoursces.

How would we spend the money?
Our goal is to help all animals in need, regardless of race, gender and age, as they too feel sadness, fear and, of course, love and happiness.
In the course of our daily activities, we look for new owners for orphaned and abandoned animals, we fight against the further reproduction of feral cat colonies, we help find home for stray dogs, we support the medical treatment of injured and sick animals, we carry out educational activities that lead to love for animals and the natural environment, and we try to help every animal that comes into our sight.
The medical costs and care of the rescued animals, the neutering, cost quite a lot every month and we finance this as a nonprofit organization with the help of volunteers, grants/donations and from our own pockets.

How to dispose of 1%?
1. If NAV is creating your tax report:
If you have “ügyfélkapu” on NAV ESZJA page you can dispose of 1% online with a few clicks until 20th of May.
You can make the donation here regardless of your tax return.
We have uploaded a video to help you what you need to do after logging in:
2. If you don’t have a “ügyfélkapu”, or submit your tax return on a form (the two are independent of each other):
Fill in the 21EGYSZA form and post it by May 20, 2022 to the territorially competent NAV according to your permanent address. Here you can find an address list, sign the envelope on the back where it is glued.
3. If your employer collects the 1% statements:
The 21EGYSZA declaration can handed over the to your employer in a sealed envelope by May 10 at the latest.
4. If you are an entrepreneur:
If you did not declare the 1% in your tax return submitted by February 25, you still have until May 20 to send your declaration to the NAV on form 21EGYSZA via the customer portal electronically or by post to the territorially competent NAV.
5.If you prepare your tax return electronically yourself:
In the ÁNYK, together with the return, by filling out its EGYSZA sheet, you can electronically dispose of the separate EGYSZA sheet that is part of the 21SZJA tax return until May 20, 2022.
You can dispose of 1% of your tax even if you received a personal income tax refund paid in 2021.
The deadline of May 20, 2022 is void. This means that if someone makes a provision for 1+1% of their personal income tax paid after May 20, the provision is invalid. Please pay attention to the deadline.
The holder of szja 1+1% can decide that NAV communicates his name and contact information to the designated civil beneficiary. The provision of these data and consent to data management is voluntary, so it is not a condition for the valid provision. You can also stay incognito.
